UDP UNVEILS ENUGU STATE GUBER CANDIDATE

The United Democratic Party, UDP, Enugu State, has pledged its readiness to empower the youth to enhance productivity in the state.

The Chairman of the party, Mr. Festus Ogbonna, made the pledge while presenting the party’s intended Governorship candidate in the 2019 Enugu State Governorship election to the State Executive Committee members of the party.

Mr. Ogbonna explained that the party’s commitment to the achievement of good governance, unity and progress would not be compromised.

The Publicity Secretary of the Party, Mr. Sam Nwajibo, in an interview, urged the government to imbibe attitudinal change and avail youths the opportunity to showcase their leadership ability and skills.

Mr. Nwajibo maintained that they were set to move to the grassroots to mobilize and expand their membership by encouraging the people to register and obtain their Permanent Voters Card.
