GOV OTTI SWEARS IN TWO MORE SPECIAL ADVISERS

Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has inaugurated two more Special Advisers into his government with a charge to maintain high standard of ethics and sound moral values to fulfill the dream of his administration.

The newly inaugurated aides are the Special Adviser, Political Affairs Mr. Iheanacho Obioma and the Special Adviser, Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr. Ugochukwu Okoroafor.

Speaking after the administration of the Oath of Office and Allegiance on the newly inaugurated Special Advisers by the Solicitor General of the State, Ms Uzoamaka Ikonne, Governor Otti further advised them to remain faithful to their Oath of Office.

While reminding the aides that they were not appointed for self enrichment, Governor Otti told them that any agenda not connected with the quality governance to the people would not be acceptable but required them to bring their wealth of experience to bear to serve the State with honesty and sincerity

The Governor encouraged them to drive the agenda of the present administration, which focused on poverty alleviation, access to education, good road infrastructure among others to improve the wellbeing of the people of the state.

Responding on behalf of his colleague, the Special Adviser, Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr. Ugochukwu Okoroafor, thanked Governor Otti for choosing them to serve under his administration and pledged to assist the Governor to succeed in office.
