The Sector Commander pledged to work with the motorists, road users, and the government of Anambra State in a bid to make sure the roads in the state are safe.
Mrs. Alexander complained that certain roads and places in Awka, the state capital, that needed road signs, noting that attention would be paid to some drivers who take one way and cause obstructions on the way.
She also assured that the command would decongest so many illegal parks and work with unions around such parks, while engaging them in public enlightenment programmes.
The sector commander who blamed most of the crashes on over speeding, failure of brake control and tyre burst, urged the public to obey road signs, traffic rules and regulations.
She assured that they would work with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, (NDLEA) to stop the sale of alcohol and other drugs in parks, particularly in the ember months.
On speed limit devices, the sector commander said they would start arresting those who failed not comply.
The Deputy Corps commander, Mr. Jude Nnamani, who accompanied the Sector Commander on the briefing appealed to motorists to cooperate with FRSC, stating the preparedness of the Command to reduce crashes drastically.
