ANAMBRA WORKERS TO ENJOY MINIMUM WAGE WHEN PAID JANUARY SALARY — GOV OBIANO
Anambra State Government says it will commence the implementation of the new National Minimum Wage this January.
Governor Willie Obiano, who announced this while addressing journalists in Awka, said that the payment of the new minimum wage was to encourage workers to put in their best in service.
Governor Obiano maintained that the minimum wage would go a long way to motivate workers to achieve their goals.
The Governor while describing workers as the engine house of any government urged them to take their work seriously.
He assured workers of his administration’s determination to address their challenges, adding that he would always look into their demands.
