2 PASTORS, A CHURCH MEMBER MURDERED IN ABIA STATE

The Police command in Abia State, says it has discovered bodies oftwo Pastors and a woman suspected to have been murdered by unknown persons atUmuobia, Housing Estate, Olokoro,Umuahia South Local Government Area of the state

Speaking with Radio Nigeria,the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO)Abia

Sate command,Mr. Geoffrey Ogbonna, said thebodies of the dead Pastors and the woman were seen in a building in the estate.

He identified the dead persons as Pastor Blessed KelechiIwuanyanwu from Mbano in Imo State, who was the founder of the church, Winds of Glory Mission Ohokobe; Pastor KaluIkeagwu from Arochukwu, a junior Pastor in church; and Mrs. Ruth Andrew, the woman leader in the same church.

The Police spokesman noted that the murderers,after carrying out their dastardly act,made away with some electronic gadgets in the building, some mobile handsets and a Toyota SUV belonging to the founder of the church.

Mr.Ogbonna said that investigation into the murder has commenced, stating that the perpetrators would not gounpunished.
