WE ARE WINNING FIGHT AGAINST COVID—UNICEF

The Chief, United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Enugu Field Office, Dr. Ibrahim Conteh says humanity is winning the fight against COVID-19.

Dr. Conteh stated this while inspecting the delivery of COVID-19 vaccine, Oxford Astrazeneca to three states in the south-east, which were Anambra, Enugu, and Ebonyi states.

He explained that UNICEF is in the fore front in the fight against the pandemic.

Inspecting the off-loading of the vaccine from the chartered cargo plane to the officials of the concerned states, at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport , Enugu, Dr. Conteh urged the people to continue observing the COVID-19 protocol.
