Kaduna to reward hardworking staff

The commissioner for Jkdus­tice and Attorney General of Kaduna State, Amina Dyeris-Sijuwade, on Saturday disclosed that she would intro­duce reward system for hard­working and dedicated staff as part of ongoing institutional reforms.
Sijuwade who disclosed this at a two-day retreat of Kaduna State Ministry of Justice, said part of the incentives would be training of deserving staff at home and abroad to equip them for prosecution of criminal cases, among others.
According to the commissioner, “we will start reward system in our ministry. We will look into how we can reward staff.”
Delivering a lecture, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the President, Office of the Vice President, Ade Ipaye, told the gathering that, setting a justice reform agenda, Kaduna State should mobilise internal and external resources to advocate for institutional re­forms.
