Al-Makura names new Orange Market after self

The Nasaraamakurawa State Gov­ernor, Umaru Tanko Al­Makura yesterday named the State’s new Orange Market Ta’al Market, during the com­missioning ceremony of the market. The governor also do­nated N20m for its completion.
Al-Makura reiterated his administration’s stride in de­veloping the market since he came on board, adding that he would continue to support the development of markets in order to boost the revenue base of the state which will also en­hance the diversification of the economy.
The governor said if markets are developed as he began two years ago with the Lafia Mod­ern Market, it would go a long way to alleviate the suffering of the people and enable the state meet up with the basic needs
